Réception
The reception is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Our team is available for any information, recommendations, or assistance you may need, as well as to help with bookings, including at the restaurant.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
We kindly ask you to respect this time in order to facilitate the arrival of our next guests.
Room Service

Free connection to the "Lavandieres!02" network.
Once connected, you will be asked to enter your email address.
Air Conditioning and Heating
To operate the air conditioning in the Ponant, Australe, Levant, and Boréale rooms, simply press the on/off button, then adjust the temperature using the arrow controls. We kindly ask that you keep the windows closed while the air conditioning is in use. Please refrain from altering the device settings, except for the temperature and the on/off button.
As for the heating, it can be adjusted to your preference using the thermostat located directly on the radiators in both the bedroom and the bathroom.
Baby Equipment
Upon prior request at the time of booking, we can provide a baby cot in your room. A high chair is also available in the restaurant upon simple request at the reception. Additionally, a changing table is available in the women's restroom of the restaurant.
Pets
Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €10 per day for dogs under 10 kg and €20 per day for dogs over 10 kg. However, their presence remains the sole responsibility of their owners. For safety reasons and to protect our facilities, we kindly ask that you do not leave them alone in the rooms.
Buffet Breakfast
Breakfast is included in your room rate and is served in the restaurant dining room:
- From 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekdays
- From 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekends

Restaurant
Our restaurant offers a varied cuisine with a daily set menu available during the week, as well as a generous à la carte selection throughout the weekend. Committed to satisfying all our guests, we also provide tailored options for specific dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork-free, etc.). Please don’t hesitate to inform us in advance so we can serve you better. For late arrivals, a meal tray can be prepared to ensure service at any time.

Dear Guests, the entire bar team is delighted to welcome you. For your comfort, the bar is designed with a soft and friendly musical atmosphere. We wish you a pleasant time with us.
The bar is open every day from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. You can sit at the bar or in our lounges to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
